As part of Kuwait University's efforts to promote scientific research, Vice President for Research, Dr. Nasser Faisal Al-Tannak, and Assistant Vice President for Research Implementation and Funding, Dr. Haneen Shafiq Al-Ghabra, conducted a field visit to the College of Science. They were welcomed by the Dean of the College of Science, Dr. Mohammed Hussein Bin Sabt, and Dr. Suzan Ahmed Al-Bustan, Acting Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Research, and Graduate Studies, along with Sana Al-Saleh, Director of the National Unit for Environmental Research and Services at the College of Science.
During the visit, the delegation toured the general facilities' laboratories and the National Research Unit, with a particular focus on the unit’s research capabilities and the advanced equipment used in scientific studies. The aim of the visit was to assess the college's needs and enhance the research environment, with discussions centered on improving the quality of research and increasing funding for scientific projects.
