In a world of accelerating science and technology, the significance of research cooperation is growing as a key pillar for enhancing innovation and building a sustainable future. Therefore, the Office of External Research Collaboration and Consultation plays a pivotal role in enabling Kuwait University to achieve its ambitious vision of becoming a global center for research and development.

The office aims to broaden scientific research horizons by concluding agreements, memorandums of understanding and cooperation protocols with elite universities and research institutions around the world. These partnerships are not limited to transferring knowledge only, they also focus on creating platforms for in-depth cooperation in common research areas, enhancing intellectual exchange and developing innovative solutions to meet global challenges.

The Office of External Research Collaboration and Consultation is not simply an intermediary to bring about agreements, but rather a bridge between Kuwait University’s research capabilities and global scientific experiences, promoting mutual interaction between KU’s expertise and other research institutions. Through these partnerships, the Office seeks to stimulate creativity and promote multidisciplinary research that directly contributes to achieving Kuwait Vision 2035.
