Dr. Naser Al-Tannak, Acting Vice President for Research and Chairman of the Scientific Publication Council, and Dr. Haneen Shafiq Al-Ghabra, Assistant Vice President for Research Funding and Implementation, received Mr. Ed Tewari, the Director General responsible for International and Cultural Relations in the Education Sector of New Zealand.

The purpose of this visit is to explore ways of cooperation and develop mutual relations between New Zealand's educational bodies and Kuwait University, contributing to opening new horizons for research and educational collaboration between the two parties.

This visit is part of a series of initiatives through which the Research Sector at Kuwait University aims to adopt global best practices and open new horizons in the fields of research and innovation, thereby enhancing the university's regional and international standing in academic and scientific circles.
